| Browsing our Products |
Finding the product you want has been designed to be as simple as possible, simpy click on the 'Boots', 'Shoes' or 'Marin-Ella' links at the top of every page, or select a sub-category of footwear from the menus that appear.
You can then order the products that appear by selecting from the 'Order By' drop-down menu at the top or reduce the number of products shown by filtering the colour and/or size from the 'Filter Results' drop-down menus.
For a more detailed view of a product click on the product you're interested in and full description, pricing and availability will be shown. There's no need to keep going backwards and forwards to view other products as you can still browse all the products you were looking at along the bottom or the page by clicking on the 'Step Right' or 'Step Left' buttons or by rolling over the 'Scroll Left' or 'Scroll Right' to move faster. Any ordering and/or filtering options you selected earlier will have been carried over to the product detail page, but you can change your options here as well.
You can see 5 different views of the
product by clicking on any of the small images below the main image - the main image will then change to show the view you selected.
In order to purchase a product select the size you want then click the 'Add to Basket' button. |
| Favourite Products |
If you see a product that you're interested in and want to come back and view it later you can click on the 'Add to Favourites' button on the product details page. This adds the product to your favourites list which will be stored so that you can come back and go straight to it again at a later time - just click on the 'Favourites' button at the top of the screen.
The favouries screen holds up to 20 items and allows you to go back to a product detail page by clicking on the small image of the product or the product name. You can remove product from your favouries list by clicking on the 'Remove' link, clicking 'Empty Favourites' will remove all products from the list. You can purchase products by selecting the size you require and clicking the 'Add to Basket' link. |
| Shopping Basket |
The shopping basket holds all the items you want to purchase, you can add up to 20 items. The shopping basket shows the total purchase price of all items you've added and also allows you to change the quantity of any particular item you want (subject to stock levels) by changing the number in the drop-down list, the total price changes as you change the quantities.
You can remove individual items from the shopping basket by clicking the 'Remove' link next to an item, or empty the entire basket by clicking on the 'Empty Basket' button.
For your convenience, a small summary of the shopping basket is also shown at the top of every page. |
| Purchasing Products |
Once you've added all the products you want to purchase to the basket either from the product details page or from the favourites list you can progress to the checkout page - this is a secure page to protect your credit/debit card details, please check that you can see the 'Padlock' in your browser that confirms this.
The checkout page again shows all the items in your basket along with the options you have for postage, select the appropriate postage option and the final price will update to reflect this.
To complete your purchase fill in the delivery and payment details and click on the 'Make Payment' button - your payment will then be processed securely by our online payment provider. Once your payment has cleared you will see the order confirmation screen and you will also recieve an email confirmation of your order. |
