| We aim to dispatch all products the next working day however all requests are subject to availability and dispatch times may vary accordingly, your card will not be charged until the products are dispatched. We are entitled to refuse any request made by you. You undertake that all details provided to us are accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. |
| Delivery of Products |
Usual delivery times are as follows:
Royal Mail First Class Recorded: 1 working day
Royal Special Delivery: 1 working day guaranteed by 1pm
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. |
| Returns |
Should you need to return any item for a refund or exchange please send within 21 days of receipt, unworn in original condition and packaging including all labels, with postage fully paid.
For your returns code and the returns address please complete the form here. Returns items sent without filling in the returns form in full may take longer to exchange or refund.
Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
Please note; we do not provide a free returns service; however we will provide a refund for postage if you receive an incorrect item, or if the goods were faulty (this will be refunded at our postage charges). Should you require an exchange your order will be sent to you free of charge. |
